LITTLEmack is a portable single message AAC device designed for people who cannot, or cannot yet, use more complex communication devices. It records one spoken message and plays it aloud when the coloured top is pressed, giving the user a simple and consistent way to communicate, join in and take an active role in everyday activities.
LITTLEmack offers similar functionality to BIGmack in a more compact design, with a smaller footprint and 65 mm activation area. This makes it a practical choice where space, positioning or access needs make a smaller communicator more suitable.
Messages can be changed to suit the activity, such as saying hello, asking for help, joining in a story, requesting “again” or taking a turn. A photo, symbol or word can be placed under the clear snap cap, helping make the message meaning clear. LITTLEmack can also activate compatible switch-adapted toys or appliances through the toy/appliance output, with activation lasting for the length of the recorded message.
Can be paired with our Matrix Maker Plus Software, which allows users to create custom picture overlays that provide visual support for the recorded messages.
