Software Orders 💻

  • We aim to deliver downloadable software via email within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
  • If you have not received your download within this timeframe, please check your junk or spam folder.

Hardware Orders - Mainland UK 🚚

Standard Charges

  • £70 and under (ex VAT): £5.50 (+ VAT) delivery charge

  • Over £70 (ex VAT): £8.50 (+ VAT) delivery charge

  • Delivery charge shown clearly at checkout

  • Shipped via Courier

  • Despatch aim: 3–5 working days (Stock availability may affect timescales. If urgent, call 01457 819790 to discuss.)

Exceptional Charges

  • Large or heavy items such as REHAdapt Floor Stands, iPad trolleys, Inclusive Interactive Screens, and bubble tubes have higher delivery charges of £20, £35, or £100.

  • Delivery charge noted on the product page and shown clearly at checkout.

  • Shipped via Courier and tracking information will be emailed to you upon despatch.

Hardware Orders - European & International🌍

  • Shipped via Courier and tracking information will be emailed to you upon despatch.
  • Delivery charge shown clearly at checkout

  • Duty and VAT charges payable directly to the Courier

  • Delivery usually within 7 business days of despatch

  • Despatch aim: 3–5 business days (Stock availability may affect timescales.)
