IR Controller: Wireless Infrared Control for AAC Devices

The IR Controller uses the infrared (IR) output available on most AAC devices and works seamlessly with Gridsets/Pagesets that can be downloaded and customised to match specific control needs. This functionality allows users to operate each output in Latched, Timed, or On/Off modes by selecting pre-programmed buttons. These controls can be personalised with meaningful images, resized, and adjusted to suit the user’s preferences, ensuring accessible and intuitive operation.

With six independent outputs, the IR Controller can connect with various switch-adapted, low-voltage appliances and appliance controllers (such as the iClick mains controller), making it a powerful tool for controlling devices in multiple environments. This flexibility is particularly useful for users who prefer to control their environment through their AAC device rather than using a conventional switch.
