Inclusive Technology Limited is a leading supplier of software and hardware (assistive technology) for people with special needs. We are based in Oldham, Greater Manchester and employ seventeen people. With over 100 suppliers, we recognise that our supply chain is critical to our success. We therefore seek to build lasting relationships, treating our suppliers fairly and paying promptly. We want to work with suppliers who share our values.
Inclusive Technology Ltd will undertake to ensure that each of its suppliers and subcontractors (if any) shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015; Inclusive Technology Ltd represents and warrants that its responses to any customer questionnaire(s) are complete and accurate; and neither we nor any of our officers, or employees have been convicted of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking and or has been or is the subject of any investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings by any governmental, administrative or regulatory body regarding any offence or alleged offence of or in connection with slavery and human trafficking.
We will continue to implement due diligence procedures for our own suppliers, subcontractors and other participants within our supply chain, to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking within its supply chains. We shall notify all concerned should we become aware of any actual or suspected slavery or human trafficking in a supply chain which has a connection with our obligations. We shall maintain within our internal records adequate records to trace the supply chain of all goods and services provided to the customer in connection with this agreement.
