LEVEL LOCK: This can be enabled as required to prevent users accidentally changing level. If your device is unable to change level, check that LEVEL LOCK hasn't been accidentally enabled.
RECORD LOCK: This can be enabled to prevent users accidentally overwriting existing messages. If you find yourself unable to record new messages, check that RECORD LOCK hasn't been enabled.
